Property submissions and claims
PolePosition stores the details you submit to review properties, business claims and partner enquiries. Contact details are private unless you separately authorise publication. No account, payment or subscription is created by the early-access form.
Property enquiries
When you consent and submit an enquiry, PolePosition stores your name, email, optional phone number and message. Our team uses them to coordinate a response with the advertiser named on that listing. This is not consent to unrelated marketing. We do not promise a viewing or availability.
Corrections and deletion
Use the Join form to request access, correction or deletion, quoting your submission or enquiry reference. Do not include identity documents or passwords. We may ask you to verify the request using the email address originally supplied.
Browser storage and photographs
The map remembers your chosen detail level in browser storage. An essential, time-limited cookie protects the staff review area. Advertiser-supplied photographs may load from external image hosts, which receive the network information required to serve them.
